About Us

Mr. Smalley is a seasoned Executive with impressive experience in several industries and operational settings, including software, service, construction, and manufacturing.

He began his career in sales at Moore Products, a major supplier in the high tech process control industry. Within 2-3 years he was setting sales records that remained for years. He quickly advanced through sales management to National Sales Manager where he was responsible for doubling the business over 3 years in spite of a general market decline.

Mr. Smalley then moved to Beaver Engineering a market leader in the HVAC service and construction industry, as Regional General Manager, where he was responsible for tripling the sales productivity. Honeywell acquired this business, and he went on to hold several senior positions in the Honeywell organization, including Manager of National Sales, Marketing & Strategic Planning, Regional Operations Manager and District Manager. During his tenure he implemented many programs including major marketing initiatives, and operational programs that generated outstanding results.

He then expanded his experience further, moving into the manufacturing industry by joining Mestek Inc as Executive VP and General Manager. The division was in a turnaround mode after a bankruptcy. Within 3 years he was successful in doubling the business and moving from a significant loss to profitability.
