If we can, we provide solid, actionable advice, not theoretical mumbo-jumbo. We focus on 100% customer satisfaction.

Comprehensive Business Review - We like to start our engagements with a comprehensive review of all the issues, concerns, and business objectives that you have. From there we interview each manager in the business, do a complete financial analysis and do an employee survey of attitudes. Depending on the size of your business, this takes 1-3 days.

This business review is designed to look at your performance in the areas of Product, Promotion, People, Planning, and Process. This is not a theoretical checklist approach done by someone with no business experience, but a practical approach based on the experience and business insight of a seasoned executive.
At the end of the review we provide you with a prioritized action list. The analysis may confirm your feelings about the business, or it may provide new insights, or different priorities than you expect.

Most clients are so impressed with the analysis that they hire me on the spot to assist in the implementation. However, the action list is presented so that the client can implement the solutions themselves, if they choose. We provide complete and full approaches to the resolution of your issues…we never provide pieces of information that require you to hire us to get the rest.

Why do we spend so much time on this business review? Because we firmly believe that it is an absolute requirement to properly define the problem before trying to fix it!

Details, details, details - We are very hands-on and get into the details. We do not just give you general, generic advice…but we work to provide very specific actionable advice.

Transfer Skills - We work with our clients to transfer the skills to the organization. This may be in the form of coaching, improved strategies or improved systems. There is no point in getting things fixed while the consultant is around, then have them break down later. The key is to make sustainable change to the organization.

Based on Experience - The information included in this site and our various products and services is all based on direct experience of what works. There is nothing theoretical or hypothetical about the business ideas we expound.
